What is sent

When you submit a question, the site sends your question, up to six recent question-and-answer pairs and relevant approved public website material and career information from Matthew’s supplied LinkedIn profile to OpenAI. It has no access to Matthew’s private emails, files, calendar or conversations.

Voice input

The microphone starts only when you choose it and your browser allows access. Speech is converted to text by your browser’s speech recognition service, which may send audio to its provider for processing. This website does not upload or store audio. Review the text before pressing Ask; only the submitted text and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI. Voice support depends on your browser and selected language. Auto uses your browser’s language for speech recognition. Manglish and Singlish use Malaysian and Singapore English recognition respectively; mixed-language transcription may need corrections. The language selector guides AI replies, but translation quality varies by language.

Storage and service providers

This application does not save chat transcripts. Recent messages remain in this page’s memory until you clear the conversation, refresh or close the page. OpenAI API response storage is disabled. OpenAI states that API data is not used for model training by default, unless the customer opts in. Abuse-monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days, with exceptions. This is not a zero-retention service.

The site is hosted on Vercel with DNS and edge protection provided by Cloudflare. Its server processes your network address to create a daily, secret-keyed identifier for question limits. This application stores counters and estimated model spending, not your network address or message text. Rate-limit identifiers expire after 48 hours. Hosting providers may also process operational logs under their policies.

Your choices

Do not submit confidential, financial, medical or other sensitive personal information. You can use the rest of this website without the AI assistant or contact Matthew directly through LinkedIn. The assistant cannot book meetings, send messages or confirm Matthew’s availability.
